It was great to work with Jerry and Lauren DiGiacomo. We had spoken with Jerry by phone from Oregon several times before we came to look at houses. He listened to what we told him we were looking for in a home. Jerry sent us listings by email to help us discover what homes in Florida were like. By the time we arrived we had some idea of what we wanted to buy. We looked at everything in our budget range, from carriage homes, to villas to condos to single family homes. We looked at new construction and existing homes. We looked in town, and also further out at acreage properties. Jerry had wonderful insight on how different lifestyles would work for us. We looked for more than 3 weeks. He is very patient and has a great sense of humor. Jerry has great communication skills and was prompt to respond to each text or email. That was a big bonus for us. When we found our home Jerry's negotiating skills worked in our favor. We recommend Jerry and Lauren without any hesitation.
