Jerry was not only informative and extremely knowledgeable, he impressed us with his desire to provide us with a purchase that fit our needs/desires as precisely as possible. Selling us something quickly or that would return maximum sales commission was never his goal - customer satisfaction is clearly his priority and we very much appreciate that attitude.
