Why Work With The Jerry DiGiacomo Team?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
Highly recommend. Jerry is a consummate professional from start to finish. Jerry took the time to understand our needs and preferences and was intentional in properties he showed us. Jerry is detail oriented, connected, responsive, and has an extensive knowledge of the town, the developments, the communities, and the properties. Jerry pointed out the negatives in addition to positives. Jerry was always available to address our many questions and concerns, and is a great source of information. We are very satisfied with our experience, and we thank Jerry for helping us select the perfect place for our family to enjoy for years to come!

We had never worked with your company before but chose it because of Jerry DiGiacomo. He was our next-door neighbor and became a good friend whom we trusted completely. He is one of the hardest working realtors we've ever known, and from the moment we asked him to represent us, we knew we had chosen the best. He is a man of great integrity combined with the highest degree of kindness and care which made the whole process as easy as it could possibly be. He explained everything clearly and always got right back to us with answers to our many questions and concerns, and he also did things for us which were far above and beyond the call of duty. We are happy to recommend Jerry's s services to anyone who is either looking to buy or sell property because we truly do believe that he is the cream of the crop.

We have completed several transactions with John R Wood properties, specifically Jerry DiGiacomo and his associate Lauren DiGiacomo. Each transaction was handled with professionalism. I cannot say enough about Jerry, he goes above and beyond. He is attentive to your needs and does not waste time showing you properties that will not match your requirements. He also is attentive to every little detail, which is extremely helpful if you are new to the area. we have bought homes and listed homes with Jerry and in each case we have had very successful results. He understands the Naples market extremely well which allowed him to gt us the best price for the property we listed with him, and when purchasing a property he made sure we paid a fair price. I recommended him to family members moving into the area and they were extremely pleased and are now settled into a great new home. I highly recommned Jerry and Lauren. Lauren is also amazing taking care of all of the backend work.

We have worked with Jerry before and have been extremely pleased. He takes care of every little detail and understands his customers and needs very well. I have used him twice now with a third transaction in the works. Also Jerry was very helpful in introducing us to another agency that is affiliated with John R Wood and they wre also amazing.
