Jerry and his assistant Lauren did a great job keeping a very complicated transaction together. It involved a VA financed mortgage that fell apart at the last minute and had peviously taken months to attempt to put together. Finally the buyers,had to resort to private financing. It was very frustrating for both sides but with the deligent work of Jerry and Lauren and our attorney, the sales transaction was closed.
